An Ever Present Hand in our time of need - Psalm 46:1

I often think of that song that says "There's nothing better than You" - That's real, cause futher along in the song it also mentions that He has seen our faults and flaws and still chooses us. He turns shame into Glory. He is Glory. God says in His word that you, yes you the reader, are so precious and valuable to God. He cares for you so much that He sent His One and only Son to rescue you from all personal faults and flaws. All means all.

God created you and everything that He created He called good.  So, whenever you are in a difficult time of need just say out loud "Lord, thank You for choosing me" & "making me fearfully & wonderfully made".  Give Him the glory by listening to a song next, if you don't know which one, maybe How great is our God. Let it play out and just breathe, focus on each breath: In & out (not the movie but you get what i mean). Father, Spirit & Son - just think about how great He is - God who has chosen you, His child. Next, read Psalm 46:1 out loud which states: "God is our refuge and strength, and very present help in time of trouble", this is scripture (trouble may seem loud but it actually isn't compared to scripture, especially when read out louder), so read it as the music is playing in the background a few times. Do this as many times till the verse sticks in the core center of your being then go reward yourself with something fun, a walk, tea/coffee, ice cream, favourite light snack, or napping (if you're a huge napping fan like i am).

God is always with you during these activities too, He is never distant or distracted, assuring you of His full prescence and support. He has never left you. Comforting, and releasing divine strength no matter what you are pondering on. His glory constantly being the source of your divine hope and courage. Looking for God's voice? Read His word. "But..but i still can't hear His voice" - yeah?..well read it Louder! because meditating on His word helps you rightly process and divide truth or falsity, helping you to know and decipher what is true for your life, discovering & noticing something based on God's word, seeing what was said out of human emotion & other things that are just completely wrong. God is so commited to you and His promises for you He even declared to never go against it by putting the word above His name. That my friends is unwavering integrity. Take time today to meditate on His word and every time you are in time of need just know that God is an Ever Present Hand in our time of need - Psalm 46:1 (this is scripture)

Stay blessed & be well,
Marty
